Rebecca Bauer is a dedicated nonprofit professional who excels at providing seamless support in communications and operations. With a strong background in content creation, program management, and technical assistance, she empowers mission-driven organizations to expand their impact.

Rebecca has a history of providing essential communications and operational support, most notably as the Senior Manager of Family & Community Engagement at National PTA, where she designed and managed grant programs, created resources for families and communities, and launched the acclaimed Notes from the Backpack podcast.

 

Since launching Rebecca Bauer Consulting, Rebecca has partnered with nonprofits to offer a variety of services from social media management and editorial review to operational support on large scale education initiatives and events. In all of her work, Rebecca offers strategic, behind-the-scenes assistance that ensures nonprofits can focus on their mission.

Rebecca received a Master’s degree in Education Policy from the University of Pennsylvania’s Graduate School of Education and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology with a concentration in childhood education from Vassar College.

 

She lives with her wife (a veteran public school teacher), daughter and dog in Washington, DC.
